Advanced Sculpture Studio

Designed to support the development of studio practice, this course offers opportunity to build cohesive and relevant bodies of artwork. The goal is to construct personal methodologies and problem solving approaches that enable the artist to make work independently in the future. Leaning heavily into one-on-one interactions through studio visits, the course will pay particular attention to individual questions and blindspots. Demonstrations and lectures are hosted based on these questions. Tasks are self-directed. An emphasis is placed on constructive critique, articulation of ideas and closeness of a peer group.
